The Global Game Jam 2014 is fast approaching, and IGDA STL is helping to make it happen this year! Part of what the GGJ organizers need from us this year is enthusiastic volunteers to help make the St. Louis event a success.

Volunteers will be needed for the following tasks:

• Event setup on Friday morning/early afternoon
• Event takedown and cleanup Sunday night
• Brainstorming leaders during initial brainstorm session (prior to group breakdown)
• Mentoring/Leadership during the event
• Shopping for food and supplies
• Mentoring after the event (for participants who wish to continue work and publish)

If you have any questions or want to fulfill one or more of these positions, please contact us immediately so that we can get you all the information that you’ll need to participate. Additionally, monetary sponsorships are still available for companies who want to show their support for the event.

Even if you’re not interested in volunteering, we still hope to see you there as a participant!
